If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the unused portion within 45 days from the date shipped and receive a full refund. Please note the following terms:

• If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number first.
• The fastest way to obtain an RMA number is to contact our customer service representatives at 1-877-216-3965.
• All returned products received after the 45-day return policy will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number.
