  • All orders take 1-2 business days to process.
  • US Orders are shipped domestically and take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
  • UK orders are shipped locally from our London warehouse and take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
  • Orders from Germany are shipped locally from our Berlin warehouse and take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
  • International orders are shipped from our warehouse in Israel and take 6-10 business days to be delivered.
  • Once an order has been shipped, you will receive either an email or SMS with your shipping information and tracking number.

    • We accept all major credit cards & Paypal. Payments are processed upon order, COD deliveries are not accepted.
    • Processing and shipping time generally takes 1-2 business days, excluding federal holidays.
    • Urgent orders can be expedited, please contact us for more information.
    • For your security, billing information must match that of the credit card used for payment. If any numbers or shipping details are different, the order cannot be processed. Avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
    • All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, including federal holidays. 

    Tracking Info:
